Welcome to Gatherique Events. By using our website (www.gatheriqueevents.com) and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Gatherique Events provides corporate event planning, consulting, and management services, including but not limited to corporate meetings, seminars, and training sessions; product launches and company announcements; leadership and team-building retreats; conferences, trade shows, and networking events; fundraisers, auctions, and charity events; and annual and holiday corporate celebrations. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 Consultation & Booking
Initial consultations can be scheduled via our booking page. A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm event planning services.
2.2 Payment Terms
Payments must be made as outlined in the service contract. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm event planning services. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
2.3 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies vary based on event type, vendor contracts, and expenses incurred. Gatherique Events reserves the right to retain fees for work already completed.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details, including date, venue, guest count, and specific requirements. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, venue approvals, and insurance unless agreed otherwise. Any changes to event details must be communicated in writing as soon as possible.
4. Vendor & Third-Party Services
Gatherique Events works with trusted vendors but is not liable for third-party service failures. Vendor contracts and payments are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
5. Event Changes & Force Majeure
Significant changes to event details (venue, date, guest count) may result in additional fees. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), Gatherique Events will work with clients to reschedule but is not responsible for non-refundable costs.
6. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Gatherique Events and may not be reproduced without written consent. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
We collect client data solely for event planning, communication, and marketing purposes. Client information is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required for event execution. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Gatherique Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from event execution; guest injuries, property damage, or unforeseen accidents during the event; or technical failures, delays, or disruptions beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Hampshire.
10. Changes to Terms
Gatherique Events reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
