I am Carol Connors, founder of Gatherique Events and your partner in creating meaningful gatherings. With a career built on strategy, creativity, and a blend of New England grit with Southern charm, I launched Gatherique Events to help leaders use retreats and events as tools for transformation.
My mission is clear: to help companies reconnect their people. Whether through a one-day leadership reset, a multi-day executive offsite, or a company celebration, I believe well-designed events can shift culture and strengthen teams.
